The house is well maintained with very little ware, many of the facilities are provided but essentials such as cleaning products, appliances, and so on weren't illustrated as supplied by the home owner or agency. Some advertised items weren't provided but most were and of high quality. Communication with staff is supportive, clear and friendly with the agent having friendly yet professional attitude when addressing concerns. However, my stay at the residence is quite short which limits my capacity to effectively provide good feedback but regardless Buxton is an effective and efficient agency that does concern themselves of their tenants. An quite important facet when working with tenants is to build reputation and rapport especially if the foundation is clear communication by both parties as to ensure a comfortable and stress free for the tenant and a streamlined portfolio for agents and home owners.
