Ever since we have been with them, the RTOC's have always been received on time, staying on top of everything that needed to happen at every stage of the process without any delay. I had a house built in an area that fell short of completion on the outside - and was not marketable until addressed. The team at Buxtons referred me to local trades and acted on my behalf to oversee the work. Ultimately, the house was completed promptly and placed on the market for rent. They then showed their experience by not accepting the first through the door but rather hand-picked the right tenants who would fit and display solid financials. I would certainly recommend the team at Buxtons, particularly Josh Walhouse & Nicole Butler, for their 'above and beyond service!'
