Kate and Kylie were fantastic in finding a new tenant and keeping me updated in the process every step of the way. They were extremely professional and I know they had my best interests at heart. Thanks Team!

The support provided by Downton Property, particularly from Kelly has been outstanding. Crazy busy times for my family with short notice moves and these guys have worked so hard to get my property up to scratch and tip top to rent. The contact has been amazing. Highly recommend

I have had my Investment property with Downton Property for almost 5 years now, and I could not recommend them highly enough. I have always been informed about any matters that need my attention and their communication skills are 2nd to none.

My partner and I recently listed our investment property through Downton Property. Kate, Kylie and the team have been absolutely amazing to deal with, responding promptly to our questions and providing professional customer service tailored to our needs. They were able to source a suitable tenant in a short space of time. We really appreciate their professional support, and strongly recommend their property management service to any prospective property investor.
