The property Emily is looking after is not only my first investment property but it was also my first home and as such I have a special attachment to it. From when I first engaged Emily to be my property manager she has behaved professionally and was patient and positive in responding to my many queries about how it all works. Emily has a personable approach which put me at ease and encouraged me to quickly trust her to look after my property. Emily has proven herself extremely capable and I greatly appreciate her proactive approach and her timely and effective communication. I always feel informed and the regular property inspection reports demonstrate Emily's attention to detail.
