Hive are a good quality rental agent, from the perspective of a landlord client. Their handling and process for renting out our house in Canberra was great, with photography, listing, and rental agreement all taken care of easily. They are responsive to communication and have made the effort to coordinate well with us. Their pricing is also a bit better than market rate, with them taking 1% less management fee from the rent than other agents we inquired with. This review would have been 5 stars however the first open for inspection we held was not attended by any prospective tenants which I believe was contributed to by the listing not listing the open time and date initially. We had no issues once Hive rectified this.
