As first time property investors, my partner and I wanted to ensure that we found a Canberra company that was communicative, responsive, and efficient, to manage our apartment. HIVE has been fantastic every step of the way. Our savvy property manager Tonique goes above and beyond to provide exceptional management of our property and we can't highly recommend her enough.

Samantha and Sheya have been excellent property agents. They communicate quickly and thoroughly by phone and email. Sam and Sheya worked with me to have my property rented out within 10 days of it being on the market. The property is tenanted within the price range provided by Sam. Sam and Sheya provide a professional approach to property management.

From start to finish Sheya and Sam made the entire process completely stress free and simple. Relocating from Newcastle to Canberra could not have been any easier thanks to the ladies and we were able to secure our new home in a matter of days. Noting the distance restrictions, they provided online viewings and lease documents. They always made themselves available and communication was excellent.

Sheya was and continues to be incredibly helpful. I am still in the first week of occupancy and (as can be expected) lots of communication regarding the logistics are at high volume. The quick response / resolution from Sheya and the team has been incredible. In addition, the teamwork displayed (particularly with Tonique) when organising keys, additional viewing and other matters has been beyond. I haven’t once felt like I’m have been burdening the team. I highly recommend HIVE (also, branding on point) 👌🏼
