Our property manager Kerry was great then we got a new one who forgot to call after arranging prospective tenants to view and cancelling our plans to accommodate was rude to not bother to call and cancel. Then told us owners were very happy with outgoing inspection. But forgot to lodge Bond return and when we called she lied and said that she had to get the owners approval to refund our complete Bond. Kundai is dishonest and forgetful.
