Excellent communication
We recently leased our property through Hive. Sam and Kerri have been a delight to deal with - proactive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were (and continue to be) kept informed every step of the way and our property was leased after five days. We're excited to continue working with them as our property managers.

Would rent through Hive anytime
It's hard to find an agency in Canberra that treats their tenants with respect and professionalism, but Kerri and the team at Hive do a great job. Plus, the online platform they use to coordinate communication, maintenance requests and receipts is great - it provides transparency and makes expectations clear.

Great team with attention to detail
Sam & Kerri have been great at looking after our rental property from the beginning. Prompt appointments for property photos, putting up the ads and an open home. We found tenants from the very first inspection. We highly recommend Sam & Kerri.

Excellent and quick service.
From start to finish I appreciated the speed and responsiveness of Hive. I was looking at a few apartments, but the speed of setting up an inspection to confirmation of acceptance for renting was the fastest that I have dealt with during my rental search experience. Clear and simple instructions on requirements and next steps were appreciated.

Great service
I had an extremely positive experience with Kerri. As a first time renter/tenant, she made the whole process feel very comfortable. She was helpful and took time to answer any queries I had and made me feel at ease during what I expected to be a stressful time.
