Hive was really easy to work with. Super responsive when I needed anything, but also left me alone to just enjoy the house. Inspections were thorough but not overly obtrusive with only reasonable requests when essential. I'd particularly like to thank Kerri who was a pleasure to deal with.

Sam and Kerri have been managing our property for over a year now and I'm very impressed. They communicate well, checking in with both us and our tenants regularly. They've also kept us in the loop of the local market changes, especially with any COVID impacts. Love your work team!

The most unresponsive, lazy and grasping real estate agents in Canberra.

Sam and the team are professional, pro-active and very efficient at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Our interaction with the Hive Agency has been a positive one. We have found they are very professional in the conduct of their business and willing to go above and beyond the services that I have experienced with other agents.

Very happy with HIVEs property management: professional, efficient and effective. Samantha and Kerri have been quite patient to my questions and knowledgeable about the market. Very easy to communicate with. Already recommended to friends. Wish them all the best in 2021

We recently leased our property through Hive. Sam and Kerri have been a delight to deal with - proactive, friendly and knowledgeable. We were (and continue to be) kept informed every step of the way and our property was leased after five days. We're excited to continue working with them as our property managers.
