It's hard to find an agency in Canberra that treats their tenants with respect and professionalism, but Kerri and the team at Hive do a great job. Plus, the online platform they use to coordinate communication, maintenance requests and receipts is great - it provides transparency and makes expectations clear.

Hive Property Canberra found me an excellent tenant within days of my unit being advertised. And the unit’s condition report to me was very extensive and detailed and was supported by professional standard photos. My family members who have used their services have advised me they also found Hive to provide excellent service of a high professional standard.

Sam & Kerri have been great at looking after our rental property from the beginning. Prompt appointments for property photos, putting up the ads and an open home. We found tenants from the very first inspection. We highly recommend Sam & Kerri.

From start to finish I appreciated the speed and responsiveness of Hive. I was looking at a few apartments, but the speed of setting up an inspection to confirmation of acceptance for renting was the fastest that I have dealt with during my rental search experience. Clear and simple instructions on requirements and next steps were appreciated.

I had an extremely positive experience with Kerri. As a first time renter/tenant, she made the whole process feel very comfortable. She was helpful and took time to answer any queries I had and made me feel at ease during what I expected to be a stressful time. I would definitely recommend Kerri to my friends who own investment properties.

After a disappointing experience with another real estate agency, Hive was able to come in, sort everything out and have a tenant in my property within a week of the first open. My calls and questions were always answered in a prompt manner, the team were knowledgeable and helpful. The fact they are a small boutique agency means that you aren’t just a number, each property is cared for as it is their own and you really receive a personal experience with Hive. Thank you for amazing service!

At this point in time Hive have been great while moving into my little rental property managed by them. They have been very kind and pleasant to deal with. They also tend to be very prompt at responding to emails or inquiries.

Hive property were so on the ball with regards to leasing my property after I purchased it through them. They got me the rental amount that I needed the same week the property got on the market. The whole process was sleek and seamless. Highly recommended!
