Kathy and Jon- two great caring agents.

I could not have chosen two more wonderful people to guide me through this difficult time in my life while selling my home. Yes they had good contacts who ensured the house was prepared and presented in such high class conditions that it sold in record time despite supposedly worsening sale times. Not only did it sell quickly but thanks to their work it fetched a very pleasing price again during a time when they reportedly were dropping. At all times both Kathy and Jon presented themselves very professionally. They were always available to answer questions and reassure me. Thanks Kathy and Jon.

Market knowledge and exceptional negotiator

Steph was a WOW factor for us during the sale of our beloved home.

We had been in our home for close to 50 years so our sale was very emotional. Steph guided us every step of the way and she was always so empathetic, professional and nothing was ever too much for her. She answered all our questions and we were able to call her anytime. Steph made everything about us and never once took any credit which is testament of the person she is. Steph’s professionalism was always on display and we couldn’t have had a better agent to sell our beloved home. We will always be grateful to Steph for the price she achieved in selling our home in a tough market. Also for making the process seamless and for supporting and understanding how emotional attached we were to our home. You are a gem Steph and a very talented agent and a credit to Hive.
