This was the first time we had to really go house hunting and it can be a very daunting experience. We were lucky to stumble upon a property being sold by Stone and specifically Jess. From the onset she was very friendly and helpful. She appeared to be generally interested in dealing with us even though we were obvious property "newbies". She took our questions on-board regardless how dumb they may have been and she really was an asset once we'd decided we'd be making an offer. Not once did I ever feel that Stone and especially Jess thought that we weren't worth the effort even though we were complete amateurs. Our decision to pursue the property came down to part what we were looking for, but also the presentation of the property and the professional and courteous agents working not only for the seller, but to assist the buyers where they could. I think that the agent plays a big part in helping the buyers and making them feel comfortable making such a large commitment and in this, Stone and especially Jess shone. Thank you very much and I personally can't recommend Stone or Jess highly enough.
