Working with Matthew Smythe was a successful experience with minimal stress. His pre sale advice was thorough an accurate. Once the house was on the market, he was assiduous in looking after our interests, attending every viewing. After testing the market for the house and with four contracts out, Matthew worked with potential buyers to achieve the top of his estimated range and our reserve and thus we sold before auction.
