We used Tom Scarpignato for the sale of our apartment in Wollstonecraft and we were very pleased by the exceptional standard by which Tom operates. Tom’s strong point without a doubt is his communication. His regular updates on the status of our property developments was outstanding, without fail calling every time there was a new update . We knew exactly where we stood with Tom. We recommend him for his great market knowledge, strong communication and personable nature.

Helen was the perfect choice to sell our property in cammeray. She provided transparent and informed advice throughout the whole process. Helen was always available to answer our questions and discuss strategy for our sale. As the marketing and interest ramped up Helen made sure we knew what was happening at all times. We were away for a portion of the marketing campaign and knew that our home was in great hands in our absence. We are extemely grateful to Helen for all the hard work she put in behind the scenes to sell our property.

My wife and I recently sold our townhouse and Mark was our Agent. Mark was excellent in every aspect. We found Mark to be very professional, he was honest in his assessments and trustworthy throughout the sale process. He heads up an excellent team and the entire sales process was carefully managed, including staying the townhouse to present it at its best. We have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team.

Due to Marks knowledge of the lower North Shore market we chose him and Christian to auction our apartment. We were not disappointed. During the campaign Marks enthusiasm never wavered. Keeping us informed by phone after every inspection and then a written updated report at our weekly meetings. Any request we had was carried out immediately. We feel Mark is a man of integrity. Our property sold 10 days prior to auction to a listed client. We would highly recommend Mark from Belle Real Estate Neutral Bay to any person wanting to sell their property on the lower North Shore . Allan & Jannette Quinn

Tom kept us informed of the campaign progress on a daily basis including crucial updates before any final decisions were made. Tom was more than happy to go out of his way to meet up and discuss any concerns or decisions with us. Not forgetting the expert assistance received from Georgina Simonsen. In summary, we would not hesitate to recommend Tom Scarpignato and his team to any prospective vendor.

I fully support and recommend Christian as co agent with Mark . From the moment I met Christian I found him to be polite, knowledgeable and professional. Always available and quick to respond to any requests that we had. I first met him at another open house and it was his professionalism that urged me to select him and Mark to sell our unit.
