Matthew is a fantastic agent and I can highly recommend him. Not only was he professional, passionate and very knowledgeable, he was very active in communicating with us through the initial appraisal phase and throughout the campaign. This, I believe, then reflects how active he would be in communicating and chasing down buyers. This is why I believe we had such a great result, and why his past sales results are so strong.

Outstanding agent
We believe that Tom and Georgina are the best agent team in Wollstonecraft. They kept us well informed. Tom did an exceptional job at our auction, when the number of bidders had started to decline and he still managed to get a very satisfactory price for our unit. Meanwhile Georgina enthusiastically managed some real timing challenges regarding our sale.

Very Thorough
From my first meeting with Mark Jackson up until sale , I found Mark to be very thorough and straight forward in his advice, keeping me regularly updated following inspections by prospective buyers, which included weekly face to face meetings together with written reports. I selected Mark after attending a number of open properties and observing other agents. I have no regrets in having selected Mark to sell my property. Excellent agent!
This is the second time we have had David as our agent and again he has achieved another excellent result in what is a tight market.
