Tim Holgate was great.
His support staff...
Tim Holgate was great. His support staff were not very switched on and detracted from the experience. Sale letter sent to incorrect address and was returned to sender, Why was it mailed when all other correspondence is email? Incorrect contract (ie another property with out cover page) sent to solicitors. This issue is not resolved Kevin was asking fundamental questions about property that Belle have managed for 20 plus years.

Super helpful, friendly, bubbly, excellent services
Monica was an absolute star in helping with prepare my apartment for sale! She managed all the tradesmen - getting quotes, making recommendations, supervising the work - and kept in constant communication. I was very happy with her expertise in knowing what would help present the apartment well to attract prospective buyers, and I couldn't have asked more of her. Thanks again Monica!

Can Do Attitude!!

A professional and caring approach to real estate sales
Monica helped me with finalising the renovation design of my unit. Without her experience of the market and the knowledge of the wants of the customers, I would have made some costly mistakes. She introduced me to various contractors who I employed to complete the works. She constantly followed up with me to ensure the contractors were performing and that I was satisfied with the quality of the finishes. I really appreciated having a knowledgeable professional in my corner Monica was always on call and once we went to market kept me in the loop as to how it was proceeding. Monica was a integral part of the Belle team that sold my unit within two weeks of showing
