Berkely Residential

I had a really good experience working with Sisi to sell my apartment. As I wasn’t based in Canberra, she handled everything for me and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Communication was always prompt, and I never felt like I had to chase her for anything. She knows the building very well and was able to answer my questions confidently. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I was happy with the final sale price as well. Overall, Sisi was reliable, easy to communicate with and genuinely great to work with. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

Sisi guided me throughout the selling journey and helped achieve a great price in a slow market. From figuring out what works to get done, how to present the property, when to have the opens based on the demographics of the location, to handling the negotiations - all of these steps lead to a quick and successful sale. I could not be happier. Sisi made the selling process a lot less scary and impressed me with her professionalism. I would recommend Sisi to anyone looking to sell their property.
