Sharp strategy, exceptional results, twice over

We engaged Steven Webster and Sandy to sell our home and later had Steve represent us in buying our next one, and the results in both cases exceeded what we thought was possible. Months before we were ready to sell, we gave Steve a detailed brief describing our dream property, half expecting it would take years to find something that matched. Within weeks, he came back with a place that ticked every box. That level of market awareness told us early on we were dealing with someone genuinely on top of his patch. When that property came onto the market, we had just over two weeks to get our own home ready for sale. Steve and Sandy built a strategy around that tight timeframe that worked far beyond what we expected. Our listing became the most viewed property in Rivervale on realestate.com.au, the home open drew strong numbers, and competing offers pushed the final sale price above our target. Steve then represented us at auction for the home we wanted to buy, and again delivered a result well under what we'd budgeted for.
