As a seller of a block of land, I found David to be quite relaxed and confident with a real understanding of his business, knowledge of the area, previous sales, issues that buyers look at and potential obstacles to selling my property. I had tried 2 previous agents, with the most recent agent not even asking a fraction of the questions that David asked of me. David said he wanted to have all the answers for anyone interested in buying my property – “this must be done professionally”. He even asked me for previous house plans, architectural drawings, surveys, soil tests – anything that could help a buyer understand the value and potential benefits of buying this property. The outcome was obvious – he sold my property, suitable price, no fuss and within reasonable timeframe. His agent’s fees were less than the other previous agents too!. What more can I say – David and his off-sider Craig were great to deal with. And yes, I recommend them to any other seller (and buyer).

My dealings with David and Craig at Century 21 Ferny Grove were very memorable. At our first meeting they discussed their sales and marketing strategy with an honest appraisal of our property and advised a possible sale value. Century 21 Ferny Grove scheduled an open house on the first weekend after the house was first advertised on the Internet. We had quite a lot of interest at this first open house with one offer being supplied on the day. On the Tuesday following the open house we were informed by David that he had a total of 3 offers to present to us that evening 6 days after the initial advertisment was placed on the Net. The Offers were very good and over and above our expectations. Our house was sold in next to no time.
