The stress less sale
Selling a house is s really stressful time however Amanda achieved a no stress sale - by keeping communication open, phone calls after every open and keeping to a strict regime my sale went like a dream! What more can I say - yes I would her again, Adam was a professional auctioneer and everything went to plan achieving a fantastic result! AAA+++ one happy seller

We cannot recommend Paul Sibley highly enough!
Paul was a consummate professional in all dealings. We were first time sellers and he was very patient in all our dealings, ensuring that we understood and agreed with his strategies before he implemented them. He was fantastic to bounce ideas off and this helped us position our property to maximise the sale result. The overall outcome, as a result of Paul's hardwork and expertise, was the we realised a sales price that exceeded our expectations! Very pleased with the Sale of my House
Thank you Amanda for giving me a push to actually sell before Christmas. When I got a little stressed out you calmed me down and said everything was going to be fine. You recommended areas to concentrate on and as part of the preparation took those items on board and added a couple of my own. Wasn't sure that at the Auction I would get any where near the price I would like or the price you thought you could get me on Auction Day. I took on board times for Inspections and made sure the house was looking its best on those days and in the end it all paid off with a sale well above what was originally quoted by Amanda at time of signing the Contract.
