Communication and information was adequate until the day i was due to collect keys. They were not ready and waiting for me and then i found out that despite the transfer taking place on the Friday Jarrah still did not have possession of all of the house keys and they were still with the builder. NOT happy. It is not appropriate for the builder to be in possession of keys after the transaction has occurred and then for the agent to not even have them ready on the arranged day of collection.
