About Liz

Liz holds a Diploma of Real Estate and has made a career of property management spanning over 24 years. Liz joined the company in 1999 and later purchased the business in 2010. Liz has built the business up to be one of the most highly regarded and successful property management businesses in Hobart. It is reassuring to know that Liz not only offers that continuity of service that is so essential in property management, but also that reassurance that comes from knowing you are dealing directly with the business owner.

About Yevonne

Yevonne joined the team in 2016 and is a licensed Property Representative. Having begun her career in property management as the office administrator, Yevonne has worked her way up through the ranks to take on the demanding role of Business Development Manager. She is an extremely reliable and organised person with a passion for properties and loves meeting new clients. Being in investor herself, as well as a home owner and previous tenant (over the last 25 years in Hobart) she provides clients with the invaluable benefit of in-depth local knowledge.

LizM (as we refer to her), joined the team in 2015 after spending some time working in Real Estate in Broome. Liz diligently looks after all the administration and trust accounting aspect of our business. She receipts all rents, enters all invoices and disburses your money to you each month. Being a very analytical person, Liz loves ensuring that everything is correct and balanced.

Rose comes from a background in Property Management and holds a Diploma of Real Estate. She has navigated the intricacy of the industry since 2009 with extensive experience in Property Management and a solid understanding of Sales in Hobart and surrounding suburbs. Her wealth of knowledge in purchasing, selling and building in the local market first hand provides crucial experience to share with vendors, investors or first home buyers.Her caring personality and dedication allows her to approach a strong network in the community in a professional manner. Nicky started her career in Real Estate at CPPM Property Management and Sales in 2013 in the role as Receptionist. She has grown in knowledge and experience undertaking the role of Portfolio Manager and bringing in new business and clients in the Northern Suburbs. Nicky has gained her Diploma in Real Estate and is currently working part time with a small portfolio and administrative responsibilities.

About Ruth

Ruth holds a Diploma of Real Estate and has worked in the industry since 1994 specialising in Property Management for over twenty-five years both in Hobart and Western Australia. Ruth has a passion for customer service and attention to detail and is our expert on the Residential Tenancy Act. Ruth joined us in early 2012 when she moved across from Western Australia. Ruth looks after our extensive and busy Sandy Bay portfolio of properties.

Straight forward and well organised

I have now been in the property for a month, and my experience has been very positive. The initial leasing and move-in process was straightforward and well organised, making everything easy from the start. Communication throughout the process was excellent, with prompt responses to any questions and clear information provided at every step. Overall, it has been a smooth and professional experience, and I appreciate the support I received.

Professional, approachable and always happy to help.

Kayla was great to deal with throughout our tenancy. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to get back to us whenever we had a question or needed help with something. Any maintenance issues we had were organised quickly, and she kept us updated along the way, which made everything really easy. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always happy to help. Moving in and moving out can be stressful, but Kayla made the whole process smooth and straightforward. She was fair, professional, and genuinely nice to deal with from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend Kayla to anyone looking for a property manager. Thanks for making our time renting such a positive experience!
