About us

We are a team of professional and experienced Real Estate Agents established in Hobart since 1992. Liz, the business owner, has been with CPPM Property Management and Sales since 1999. Often you find property representatives changing employment on an annual basis so it can often be hard to know who is actually looking after your property – luckily we don’t have this problem. At CPPM Property Management and Sales our aim is to get the best possible rent for your property in the quickest time frame with a quality tenant, and the best sales price for your home or investment. We are objective and fair to both sides. CPPM Property Management and Sales is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergencies that may arise giving you more free time and less stress.

Happy customer

CPPM took over management of my rental property after some less than satisfactory experiences with other agents. I have been pleased with all aspects of their management. They are always reliable in sourcing good tenants and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs are undertaken. They are excellent communicators. All reports are fully documented, clear, and ccessible online. Especially impressive is the end-of-year summary statement produced for taxation.

Professional, responsive, proactive and courteous are just some of the adjectives I'd use to describe the Property Management Team at CPPM. Aside from your knowledge and skills, the team genuinely care about their clients and the properties they manage. From the beginning they have been nothing short of amazing. Whether it’s addressing inquiries or providing regular updates, the team consistently go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service, exemplifying excellence in every aspect of their work. Highly recommend.
