From the outset Matt and Liliana were consummate professionals, providing us with excellent advice regarding renovations and the best way to present our property for sale. They did all of the project management of that and made sure it was all completed expeditiously. Their advice around marketing and price points was also spot on. In the end we sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with, and the whole process took less than a month. Could not have asked any more of them, the whole process was seamless!
