If you ever wondered if an agent was worth the fees, then you haven't met Susan. Apart from being a wonderful person with extremely high integrity and excellent people skills, she is incredibly well organised, thoroughly prepared and has a fantastic team of people at Duet. I was initially criticised by my neighbours for using Susan out of her area. But after seeing the incredibly quick, high price sale that she achieved in only one weekend, two other neighbours have sold their house through her with equal success. It has been a really wonderful experience selling my house through Susan and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
