Duet has a well deserved reputation as the best real estate agency in Perth’s western suburbs. Our decision to give our business to them however was based mainly on our meeting with the principal, Michelle Kerr. Michelle presents as would a close friend but with the bonus of a great reputation. Our home of 25 years was sold at the first house open for a good price, due to the excellent presentation and market expertise of Duet and Michelle’s superb staff and particularly to young Kate!

I bought a property listed by Susan. Susan helped negotiate a price that worked for all, and did so in a professional, stress-free manner.

My husband and I were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Susan James. Not only is she professional and very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, but also she is an extremely nice person so all interactions were pleasant and positive. Susan responded very quickly to any queries we had and she successfully sold our home of 43 years at the first home open. We would definitely recommend Susan to anyone needing an honest, professional and highly successful real estate agent.

If you ever wondered if an agent was worth the fees, then you haven't met Susan. Apart from being a wonderful person with extremely high integrity and excellent people skills, she is incredibly well organised, thoroughly prepared and has a fantastic team of people at Duet. I was initially criticised by my neighbours for using Susan out of her area. But after seeing the incredibly quick, high price sale that she achieved in only one weekend, two other neighbours have sold their house through her with equal success. It has been a really wonderful experience selling my house through Susan and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Originally we were unsure if going with an out of area agent was a good idea but after sitting down with Susan it was an easy decision. The communication we received from Susan and her hard working team throughout the whole process was incredible. We knew where we stood the whole time and never had to chase Duet for information. As far as the sale the price we received far exceeded our expectations we still can’t believe it, it has put us in a great position moving forward. We highly recommend Susan if you are looking to sell.

Throughout my dealings with Susan I remained very confident of her industry skills and knowledge. She was always professional, highly intuitive, always there, extremely supportive and worked very hard to secure a great price in a market which at the time of sale was beginning to show some signs of slowing down. She was punctual, reliable, caring and remonstrated amazing negotiation skills. She was also backed by a great team who were also professional , very helpful and supportive. Thanks Susan . You did your very best.

Susan sold 2 properties in Claremont for us while we were staying in NSW and her management of the entire process was flawless. All unexpected matters that can occur when selling tenanted properties were handled perfectly. She is an an excellent communicator who gets to the point. When issues arise as they did in our circumstance, she quickly finds a solution and executes. We will definitely use her service and agency next time.
