We first got in touch with Susan some time ago when we became interested in the property market in our area. Susan kept updating us as often as we asked and also offered her honest personal view never pressuring to list the property. Once we arrived at our decision we very comfortably chose Susan to be our selling agent. Susan promptly organized her team and within an impressive period of time we were well set for the first home open, and only one we had to have. Her assessment and prediction were spot on.

From the outset I knew Susan was going to be the best agent for the sale of my mother's house in Claremont. When I mentioned to friends that I had met with her, everyone knew her or of her reputation and highly recommended her and Duet. She knows the market and the area like no other, has insight and deep knowledge. She is a polished professional but also a great person. She and her team were a delight and the whole experience was so much better than I could have hoped for. The house was well received and sold quickly after only a week or so on the market and we were very happy with the great result.

Having recently purchased a house via Susan, we knew that we wanted Susan to sell our existing home. Everything was clear and precise and Susan kept us informed through the process. All dealings were professional, courteous and Susan kept to her word through the whole process. From both a past buyer and seller through Susan, we recommend her unconditionally.

Susan James and her PA Sharon Leong were great through the whole process. Susan made the deal happen and Sharon assisted in the details and the transition. Don’t know how I would have managed without Sharon. Couldn’t fault them. I have no hesitation in recommending Susan and her team.

Not the first time we have engaged Susan to sell our property, and won't be the last. Susan is honest, upfront, to the point, and focused on what outcomes you're looking for no matter what you're looking for in your sale process. I'll be the first in recommending and endorsing Susan to represent the interests of my friends and family.

Susan James absolutely exceeded our expectations when she sold our home. She is very organised, amazing at communicating, exceptionally knowledgeable about all things real estate and above all she is honest and straight talking. She is not your average real estate agent, she is smart, transparent and has an amazing database of potential buyers. We sold with her whilst living aboard and she managed every single detail. Our tenants vacated, she arranged all the necessary workmen for maintenance, showed through potential buyers (without even advertising the property) and sold our house less than 7 days after the tenants had left. And most importantly she sold our house for a great price.

Our experience with Susan was simply superb. Her expertise, professionalism, transparency and good humour were unparalleled as compared to the other agents we had dealt with over the past few years. Susan was ably assisted by Sharon, who was extremely competent, generous and kind throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Susan and her team to future sellers and buyers alike.
