It is a pity that I can only rate Susan with 5 stars as she is definitely worth 10! She helped me to purchase an investment property which was highly sought after and went completely out of her way to help me secure the deal. Always available and so affable when it came to our purchase. Everything was always well prepared and I basically only had to sign the deal. With a high spec home in Leederville we were keen to attract buyers from the neighbouring West Leederville and Subiaco areas. Craig's contacts and database meant we were able to achieve a sale off market with minimal home opens, thereby minimising the impact on our family. Not only was it simple and painless Craig also managed to set a record price for a house in Leederville. Finally, Craig was extremely flexible when it came to working out the commission structure.
