Not only did she do an exceptional job of acting in the best interest of her client (the vendors) as she was able to negotiate the best price out of me, but also conducted the transaction with professionalism and integrity by also looking after me (the buyer) by ensuring that the seller upheld up their obligations without any inconvenience or hassle to me. Our transaction wasn't straight forward however because there was always open and timely communication, the whole transaction felt seamless. Even my settlement agent commented at how easy it was to deal with the entire team. If I ever were to sell a property in the future, she would definitely be the first one I'd call. She helped me to purchase an investment property which was highly sought after and went completely out of her way to help me secure the deal.
