Susan was great to deal with as a - from the first home open through to post-settlement - Susan was polite, engaging, diligent and responsive to all enquiries and requests. Based on our experience as a buyer, we had no hesitancy in getting Susan to subsequently list and sell our home.

I am very pleased that we chose to sell our house through Susan. She was very friendly, open and approachable and clearly had expert knowledge of the Claremont area. The whole process ran very smoothly and Susan dealt any issues as they arose, with minimal involvement by myself. I was very happy with the result and would have no hesitation in appointing her again.

I have dealt with alot of real estate agents in the past however Susan and her team have exceeded my expectations. Not only did she do an exceptional job of acting in the best interest of her client (the vendors) as she was able to negotiate the best price out of me, but also conducted the transaction with professionalism and integrity by also looking after me (the buyer) by ensuring that the seller upheld up their obligations without any inconvenience or hassle to me. Our transaction wasn't straight forward however because there was always open and timely communication, the whole transaction felt seamless. Even my settlement agent commented at how easy it was to deal with the entire team. If I ever were to sell a property in the future, she would definitely be the first one I'd call. The highest compliment to her and her team. I couldn't recommend her more!

Susan used her knowledge of the current market to get the best possible price for the seller. She was clear and precise when giving us the information required about the selling process. We achieved a successful result and Susan’s communication through the entire process kept us informed of any current changes.

Susan opened our home on the Sat and the following Sunday, by Wednesday we were presented with an unconditional offer. We prepared the house for sale and approved all her recommendations to market the property. Her sales plan had been well conceived. No doubt her manner and professionalism appeals to both the seller and buyer. We were delighted with the outcome. We would recommend Susan to any prospective buyer or seller. her grasp of the market was uncanny. Ten years previous we had listed our home with another high profile agent for a couple of months, when it didn't sell, we moved our listing to Susan and it was sold in two weeks. Call it lucky, no, call it effort.

It is a pity that I can only rate Susan with 5 stars as she is definitely worth 10! She helped me to purchase an investment property which was highly sought after and went completely out of her way to help me secure the deal. Always available and so affable when it came to our purchase. Everything was always well prepared and I basically only had to sign the deal. Susan is by far and most certainly the most competent estate agent I have ever come across. Her customer service was second to none. I cannot rate her more highly!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose Susan as our agent to sell our family home in Nedlands of 37 years as we had heard excellent reports about her. We were not disappointed as we found Susan to be well informed about the current market and realistic in her appraisal of our property. She provided us with sound and practical advice in preparing our home for sale and communicated promptly and honestly with us after all her interactions with potential buyers. Susan was extremely professional at all stages of the process and we were very happy with the result. We are delighted to recommend her as an agent.

I found Craig friendly, experienced in the Real Estate sector, easy to communicate with and a good listener who understands your concerns and needs. He made the difficult process of selling my property so easy and was available to answer any queries at any time. He is a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable about the market and gave me good advice which helped me achieve a good result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Craig to friends and family or prospective buyers and sellers.

With a high spec home in Leederville we were keen to attract buyers from the neighbouring West Leederville and Subiaco areas. Craig's contacts and database meant we were able to achieve a sale off market with minimal home opens, thereby minimising the impact on our family. Not only was it simple and painless Craig also managed to set a record price for a house in Leederville. Finally, Craig was extremely flexible when it came to working out the commission structure. He had multiple models for us to choose from giving us greater flexibility and upside. We have another house to sell in a month's time and will be using Craig again.
