We could not be happier with our two recent experiences selling with Craig. He is highly skilled at achieving the best possible sale price for your property, very professional, easy to deal with and genuinely cares. We would not hesitate to use Craig if we were selling in the area again.

Michelle’s market knowledge, insight, instinct and honesty were second to none. Her delivery was prompt, slick and professional yet very human and fun. She was a joy to work with and guided us clearly through the whole process.

Michelle and her team are by far the best agents we have ever dealt with. Her passion for her clients, both buyer and seller is commendable. Thank you for you great service! This has been our third transaction with Michelle, both as buyer and seller and yet again they were amazing!

Purchasing a property is a major and sometimes stressful undertaking. Michelle and her team were unfailingly professional, pleasant, friendly, responsive, responsible and knowledgeable, with very helpful suggestions and referrals. It was a pleasure dealing with them! 😀

Susan is very professional and helpful - not at all pushy. We are very grateful for Susan's help with our purchase.

My sale wasn’t the easiest, it seemed to be a very protracted one, given the area of West Leederville, where houses generally move very quickly. There were some other issues that also presented out of left field and then COVID -19 set in, further complicating matters, given the full shutdowns on all movements including home-opens! As if selling your home isn’t stressful enough! Craig, however, kept persisting and was very supportive and optimistic that I would achieve a sale, which eventually I did. So, I would like to extend my personal thanks to Craig and his very dedicated office support team (Jelena, Shannon, Decklin and Drew) who also provided me with great support and kept me posted with updates as they occurred. Thank you all again very much for the excellent service.

Michelle's office has a particular focus on the Western suburbs neighbourhood and combined with her design & interiors background, Michelle was an excellent resource on the fabric, character and possibilities for improvement at the house we bought as well as the local area. Michelle's manner is friendly and refreshingly devoid of empty sales rhetoric. The purchase was an expedient process which made a big decision and purchase less stressful than it could well have been.

We had a great experience with Craig. From the first home open through to settlement he was a pleasure to work with. Professional and with a warm personality, we always felt really comfortable with him and felt we could trust him throughout the whole process. We would definitely recommend Craig.

Michelle Kerr knows Western Suburbs market very well. She was also honest with her fees and her property evaluation. I found her to be professional and likeable . Most importantly she was not pushy. I chose the real estate company based on the sort of agent whom I would like to buy from if I were the buyer. Her company DUET had excellent staff and a lovely office space. Genuinely nice folks who also happen to be very efficient. All in all - it was a personalised experience where you didn't feel like another number. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Craig, who recently sold our house. The contract of sale was signed within days of the first home open, and Craig and his team (particularly Shannon and Jelena) guided and supported us through to settlement. We would definitely work with Craig and his team again and highly recommend them.
