I have recently come across problems with my tenant and asked Paragon Property to take over the management of the property. I found they know all the rules, were good negotiators with the tenant over bond recovery and damages and were available to deal with the tenant inquiries. We have been at 118 princess road since 2016,and love it here,our new property manager ms taylor is awesome,with all inspections she has done she works with us,on what needs fixing,and gets right onto it,quick on replying to emails and makes sure we get the best service.
