From first inspection to renting of Home has been smooth and without issues. First day in were problems with hot water service but this was rectified and any repairs that were necessary attended to promptly. Julie has been a pleasure to deal with and always follows up. She has shown care in her dealings with us and treated us with dignity and respect. These appear to be 2 things rarely exhibited in the world of rentals. We are property owners also and if our property was here in Perth would have no hesitation in utilising the services of Paragon or placing the rental in Julies hands.
