Troy at Paragon Property is an excellent property manager. Easy to deal with and efficient to arrange for maintenance on the property. Contractors have been friendly and accommodating when booking work orders to be completed. Plenty of notice given for property inspections and lease renewals. Any requests made to us to meet requirements of agreement have been reasonable. Highly recommend Paragon Property

I admit I had rocky start with my agent Troy when I first started renting with paragon (through no fault of his or my own - one very bad housemate experience), Troy has been an excellent agent. He has always been very prompt at getting back to me about any property maintenance or repairs and I most definitely would recommend him as an agent to anyone who is renting long term like myself.
