Proactive, Professional, Results

Vee Po has kept in touch for the last 3 or 4 years until our house was able to go on the market. When we advised her we were ready to go ahead she had buyers ready - our house was sold within a couple of days at an unexpected price and before being advertised. Vee is very professional whilst being easy to communicate with and knows the property market extremely well. We'll definitely deal with her again when a family property needs to be sold.

Invaluable to have in your corner

We are absolutely rapt with the outcome through the hard work of Claude and the team. We wanted to engage Claude as he always seemed to get great outcomes for others in the area, and through our experience now we can see how it happens. Claude had a tough assignment with our place - we were in a time-sensitive subject-sale offer situation on another home in a Christmas shutdown period and our current home wasn't absolutely finished to a flawless standard. Claude went to work and tirelessly ran viewings from and including Xmas Eve to New Years Day. He also needed to invest time in many buyer conversations coaching to where the market was / where we needed to be to arrive at a sale that truly will be transformational for our growing family and the next phase of our lives. Well done Claude!

Everything you want in an agent

Claude is everything you want in an agent, as a seller or a buyer. He's available, direct, responsive as well as easy to talk to. As a buyer I was thankful for Claude's availability for a home open on New Year's Day! Claude communicated clearly the seller's expectations and his experience in the area and I never felt pressured or rushed and I was confident with Claude's expertise.
