Excellent communication and most of all he was always making sure that things were spot on

First of all if you are looking for a good real estate i would highly recommend Edison in Perth. The sales person we had was Zach very outstanding business person From the very first time we caught up he was with us all the way, communicating was well and truly 100% over and above with all the information . Zach did go and made sure he meet with the trades to made sure the workmanship wss also outstanding. He contacted myself and gave me updates on how things where going all the time. With most sales people they are just about getting the sale done but with Zach he was outstanding and gave us advice what had to be done to get the best value. So Zach I know we will cross paths again but to all the people that our out there Edison and ask for Zach and you will not look back and the house will be sold before you know it. So to finish this Zach you will go a long way with the real estate company being honest and helpful can truly go far and beyond So please ring Zach from Edison for value on your house and you will not look back he is one in a million to go out of his way to make people happy. Zach I wish you all the best because you are excellent sales perspn and well and truly outstanding. So those who are thinking of selling you will not be disappointed with Zach. The agent to go with!

I could not recommend Vee more highly. From the very beginning, Vee was friendly, professional, honest and reliable. She consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire selling process, and nothing was too much trouble. What set Vee apart from others is her genuine care and commitment to us as her clients. While we were overseas, she even watered our plants and keep an eye on the property prior to home open. She also dropped everything and assisted with artwork and staging at her own expense, showing a level of dedication that I have not seen in the real estate industry. Vee's communication and feedback was always accurate, timely and on point. Claude was so easy to work with. We would definately recomend him to people we know.

Claudes knowledge of the are and the complex was very thorough. He was always available to answer any of our questions, and we feel he negotiated well for us by giving us many comparisons in the area. He went above and beyond by also helping us prepare the apartment to rent, and made regular contact with us to make sure we were satisfied.

Sale of apartment

Claude brought an excellent knowledge of the area and its market, and clear, realistic expectations of the likely sale price, which was borne out by the end result. Claude presented the house very well and gave good advice on making it look its best. He communicated the progress of the negotiations very well and gave us all the relevant information to make an informed choice. We are happy with the process and end result, and would recommend Claude to any other sellers in our neighbourhood.
