Fall Real Estate provide a pleasant, mhigh quality professional service. Recommended.

I have engaged Fall Real Estate for many years to manage a 17 unit complex in Hobert’s Northern suburbs. Their service is excellent on all levels - communication, market knowledge and positioning and tenancy management. We rarely have vacancies for more than 7-14 days, tenants are happy and rents are fair providing a good return on investment.

I own an investment property in New Town and have dealt with Kristy Murtagh at Fall Real Estate throughout the recent leasing period. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication. Kristy is prompt, clear and proactive. Updates arrived before I had to ask for them, questions were answered the same day, and every step (application, lease, pet agreement, condition report, key handover) was explained with the dates locked in. Nothing was left ambiguous. Market knowledge. Her read on the New Town market is grounded and realistic. The advice on pricing and on how the property would present to prospective tenants was well-judged, and the property let quickly to a strong applicant. Negotiation.
