After many years of being stuffed about by males and air-head 20 somethings in our properties elsewhere, we finally settled on a full-on female crew from which we never looked back and decided to do the same in Townsville with Helen Munro. Good choice. All staff excellent, knowledgeable and thorough. I watched them taking over the property from DHA and it was superb: meticulously accurate and careful. Julianne Delforce knows her stuff and I have no hesitation in recommending her as a managing agent due to her honest and get-on and get-it-done approach. She now manages two properties for us in Townsville and I recommend her (and the rest of the staff) for those looking for property management.
