From the moment we first met with Matthew, how he conducted himself and the impression he left us with was nothing short of stellar. We are both in industries where customer service plays a MASSIVE part in the overall experience, so our expectations were high. In addition to these expectations, the fact that this was the first time we were selling a house was a disaster waiting to happen for someone who did not understand the complexities of a smooth customer journey. The way Matthew explained the entire process, set his expectations, allowed us to set ours, and outlined what his service was about assured us that we were in safe hands. We discussed everything from the current condition of the property in relation to pricing expectations, staging possibilities in relation to outlay and return, and even got an objective opinion from one of Matthew's colleagues (at his suggestion) to make sure he was going to maximise the potential of the sale for us. We were offered a myriad of marketing options from conventional through to revolutionary, and Matthew explained how and why each option was likely to work, not work, and which would be best suited to our particular property. All of our out of pocket costs were clearly outlined from the outset, and it was clear that the fee structure was designed to achieve the best result possible for us. We had 3 written offers before the first home open thanks to Matthew's innovative marketing strategies, and we had an 'Under Offer' sticker up within days. Following on from that, Matthew has been there at every step to answer questions, and has proactively made sure that the inspection and remaining settlement processes remained on track, and we were kept informed before we had to ask questions - an invaluable part of the process. Matthew is a down to earth guy, who's only agenda is to provide an exceptional experience to his clients. We were not let down at all, and would happily recommend and use Matthew's services again in future!

For us, the most important outcome of our relationship with Suzi & Arthur was to have our house sold as soon as possible so that we could build a new "forever home". And that is what they did. Their advice as to how to present out home, what the expectations were and their honesty was invaluable as to what we could actually afford on our new venture. But what I didn't expect was the speed, efficiency and true professionalism that they were able to do in achieving a sale. It took 2 days AND for more than we were expecting. The amount of time that both Suzi & Arthur spent in keeping us informed of exactly what was happening from listing the property to settlement, is truly amazing. I know it's not true, but we both felt that we were the only listing they had! Obviously with all of the sold signs around Heathridge, they are the one agent that knows their stuff. Having had a Real Estate background myself, I understand what it takes to be a "good" agent, but these guys are "excellent". I highly recommend them to either a buyer or seller; you won't be disappointed.

Creagh and the team were fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. Despite it being our first time selling a house and a reluctant sale due to personal reasons, Creagh made sure that we always felt supported, in the loop and just comfortable with everything that was going on. What was a really emotional time, Creagh made sure we were always looked after and I just really appreciate that from someone who obviously works off of commission but didn’t make us feel like he was just out to get our money. It’s hard in this day and age to find a genuine salesman like Creagh who cares about his clients. Hopefully I personally won’t be needing his services anytime again soon but would highly recommend Creagh and the team at Harcourts Joondalup.
