Kirrily exceeded all expectations and we could not be happier.
Kirrily grabbed our attention straight away with her enthusiasm and measured confidence. Not only did she have a game plan and suggestions that proved on point. She was also willing to get her hands dirty and do some of the works required to get the job done. But what impressed us most is her ability to show compassion, and empathy while dealing with elderly family who struggled with letting go of a house with emotional ties. Coupled with constant contact and practical advice where needed was worth every investment in her time and energy. The decision to lock in Kirrily proved to be the right move when she was able to secure a sale and securing a block all in one quick swift process. No hesitation in calling on her again or recommending her to others.

Highly Recommended!
There is no comparison to Claire in my area. She comes highly recommended by all of her past clients. She has quickly become “the face of selling a home in Alkimos”. She is personable, reliable and knowledgeable presenting herself to a high standard. She showed our home to it’s full potential with quality photos and a video. Most importantly, if the home doesn’t sell immediately she doesn’t quickly come to you suggesting that you to drop the price if you don’t need an immediate sale, unlike some other agents. She works to get what you are asking and the most the market is prepared to pay. Thank you Claire for a smooth sale of our property.

12/10 Professional Wouldn't Even Begin To Describe My Experience With The Baker Team!
Suzie and Arthur Baker have to be the most honest and hardworking real estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this team and their helpful and understanding attitude to deal with every little hiccup and deal with it in a very professional manner, unlike other real estate agents I've had dealings with in the past. As a young first home buyer there was many hurdles that came across my path but with the help and patience of the Baker team I managed to pass all of them with the Baker Team by my side the whole way, going way beyond call of duty at times to help with the sale. To only give one brief example of what I mean is to go as far as to organize the lawn to be mown before settlement as a nice gesture, cant think of any one person that would go out of their way to organize this, especially with their busy schedule!! I think as anyone that has dealt with the Baker Team will agree (225 Five Star Reviews Don't Lie), I couldn't be more pleased with my dealings with Suzie and Arthur Baker, you would be silly to deal with anyone else!
