Shows You Don'"t Have To Have An Agent In The Area

Excellent
When other agents had continually let me down, were not enthusiastic about selling my home, along came Michael and sold it in 2 weeks. I had been trying for a couple of years to get an agent who really wanted to market my property not just add another onto the agency's books. Will certainly be recommending Michael to my friends/acquaintances who require to sell their property in time.

Having a four week selling plan made it so much easier having an idea of when we may have an outcome. We were not really wanting an Auction but so happy we did decide to take up your suggestion especially when our property sold in 3 weeks. Amazing knowledgable amd friendly service.
Having had dealings with many Real Estate Agents over the years, including working in strata titled resorts I have found many agents seem both false and demanding. Michael is true Gentleman, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a full understanding of the process and delivering paperwork directly to me when I had no transport. All of my Friends who met Micheal were impressed with his sincerity and thought him genuinely interested an making the Client feel special. A1 in my book, and it was such a pleasure to work with him.
