Harcourts Local - Calamvale were very easy to deal with, very efficient and clearly communicated everything to do with placing our property as a rental. Within the first week of advertising, we had over 10 inspections and 2 offers. The tenant moved in exactly 7 days after we moved out, and most of that delay was due to us taking our time fixing things before the tenant moved in. There charges are very reasonable, but their service is exceptional. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
