We first met Ben when we walked into an open home for a house that we instantly fell in love with. For us it was a dream come true. Ben was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process and kept us fully informed and updated in relation to all progress along the way. Not only did we buy from him we also sold, and he quickly informed us of the steps we would need to take to get out house ready for the market, marketed quickly and provided us with more information than required of him in relation to every step along the way. As we all know things do not always go smoothly when buying and selling but there was never anything too hard for Ben to deal with always putting us at ease whilst displaying complete professionalism and at all times in a happy, cheerful and friendly manner. Ben always quickly returned missed phone calls and even took calls outside of normal hours and whilst on holidays. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with.
