I recently decided to sell my home in Oakdowns and it was fortuitous that I happened to stumble across Ben Vance to sell it for me. Thinking I was ringing another agent that my partner had come across, it was established that Ben was not that agent my partner had been talking too, but, how glad am I that I took a stab in the dark and rang Ben's number, thinking it was the other agent. Ben was absolutely fabulous right from the gecko to the end of the sale, which took less than 3 months to sell, a fabulous result in the current market. The thing I loved most about Ben was his honesty and keeping it real. After each open home or private inspection Ben would call me straight after with a report on how it all went, the numbers through the open home, potential interest or not.
