Contacted Harcourt's prior to Xmas re the value of my property, found Colin very professional with his knowledge and the current market especially with my property. Early march decided to sell, contacted Harcourt's and spoke to Joel who I also found very professional. Colin made contact. With authorities signed the property was on the market, within in several days there was an offer on the table greater than I had expected. the property was sold on a 30 day settlement. Ben assisted us greatly in the purchase of our property in West Hobart, particularly as we were buying remotely (from Sydney). We have found Colin to be very passionate at what he does and is very Professional in all that he does. He has been a great source of information and if he is not sure will hunt down the correct outcome and get back to you ASAP. He has done everything he could to get our house sold even though it is in a very difficult area of Tassie to sell property in. Once our property was sold it became more difficult due to situations that were presented but Colin stayed with us and helped us through a very traumatic time in our life.
