About Daniella

After completing a hairdressing traineeship, Daniella begun working in real estate on a short term basis in her mother’s office in the Western Suburbs in 2010. Her mother had been a local agent in the area for over a decade and owned her own company for 7 years. Starting in administration to help inject energy and momentum into the business, Daniella excelled and quickly progressed into property management when an opportunity arose. “I’m grateful for the opportunity I had working in my mum’s office. I had excellent training and was surrounded by a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist me in my first years.” In 2013 the buzz, excitement and challenge of the inner-city saw Daniella choose to move to Melbourne’s CBD to further progress her career. Taking on a role managing a Fully Furnished portfolio in a multiple office network, Daniella was able to progress into managing a small team of upcoming property managers’ whist providing an exceptional service to her clients. “Managing furnished properties requires a different set of skills, you’re dealing with a clientele who expect a hotel quality service. You’re not only managing the property itself but ensuring that the furnishings provided are up to standard and well presented” After 4 successful years, in late 2016, Daniella decided it was time to challenge herself again accepting a key position at Harcourts Melbourne City. “I am ready to lead the property management team to new heights and I’m really excited about the future”

Mikaele commenced her real estate career in Melbourne City and continues her dedication to the industry right where it all started. “The CBD market is unlike any other. Darren embarked on his property management journey in 2001, accumulating extensive experience in asset management over the years. Throughout his career, Darren has successfully managed various property services, ranging from holiday letting management, overseeing luxurious properties on Hamilton Island right through to student accommodation with UniLodge. These diverse experiences have equipped him with a strong understanding of maintaining quality control and maximising occupancy rates for properties under his management. “In my approach to asset management, I place great emphasis on meticulous risk management. I proactively implement measures to mitigate risks and work tirelessly to establish a strong framework that protects the best interests of my clients. Great Property Manager!

I can't speak highly enough of Serena Fonua! I am an interstate investor, and Serena makes my life so much easier by managing my property. She's professional, is always transparent with her management duties and keeps open communication lines. Ive never once had a problem getting in contact with Serena, even being a State away, and I have such piece of mind knowing my property is being managed by someone who knows the craft and is always above board and transparent. Bills are always paid on time, my property is always with a tenant, and routine inspections are common-place with a comprehensive report to ensure my property state is being maintained. She's a brilliant property manager who is highly competent, efficient and very professional at her job!

Excellent communicator and helpful.

I’ve had a very positive experience with my property manager Serena. She is professional, responsive, and always helpful. When I had an issue with the hot water, she acted quickly to follow it up and helped get the matter sorted out. She is also very quick to respond to my emails, which makes communication easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her professionalism and prompt support. Highly recommended!

Excellent in all senses. VERY DEPENDABLE

Mikaele has been my agent for the last 5 years and thanks to her unsurpassable dedication and professionalism, she is now the agent of all our family rental properties (4 in total). She is super responsive, agile with solutions, fair and has deep knowledge of the legislation. Her portfolio of excellent repair services and her handover expertise are absolutely incredible. She actually knows your property well and ensures that it is looked after. She thinks on her feet when there is a tricky situation and presents you with a solution that comes only from the best professionals. Nobody has been as good at what she does, so the least I can do for her is to be responsive and to look after her.
