Great experience working with Adam

By far the best Agent we have ever used. Sold at the price we wanted and in the time we wanted.

Adam was appointed our agent to sell our unit in a difficult market after the government’s introduction of the tax changes affecting investment in Australia. Our target price was $600,000 for a one bedroom unit in Brisbane City which he achieved for us to our surprise. Adam‘s greatest strength is his communication skills and knowledge of how to get interest from buyers from a very focused campaign. Thoroughly recommend Adam to anyone!

Dynamic, Energic, Knowledgeable, local Resident, excellent communicator with local challenges

Right from our first meeting Kris was confident in his knowledge of the local real estate market comparing previous sales in his initial presentation. We were both very impressed with his personable manner and good sense of humour and the fact he has really enjoyed selling real Estate over the past 18 years. We explained our future plans to him and he assured us he would sell our home in a certain timeframe. He explained the auction process and we agreed that was the best option to sell our home. So into the marketing process with photos, videos, printing of brochures, release on the internet platforms, and three open homes a week. Midday Tuesday, twilight Thursday and Saturday morning. Kris together with his assistant Sam were always prompt and informative with enquires and follow ups. We received email updates daily. Unfortunately we were not successful in achieving our best price on auction day. Plan B was swiftly placed in action the next week. The right buyer loved our property and Kris negotiated professionally to achieve our sale price. We signed our contract and within a week was unconditional after 37 days on the market. We were thrilled with this outcome in challenging times. Kris handled contracts and the various forms necessary to complete this process. He really went that extra mile in securing our sale. We thank Kris and Sam for assuring us they would sell our home to enable us to move onto our next exciting stage of life.
