For over 15 years Helen Munro Property have successfully managed our rental property. Staff provide excellent client service and also support for tenants. We recently were impacted by a cyclone as well as a difficult tenant. Staff were assigned to manage all of the insurance negotiations and claims and other staff worked considerably hard to get the house back to good condition for future tenants. Staff have excellent communication, follow up when they say they will and keep us informed of any concerns.
