Sandringham was developed in the late nineteenth century. It is located a short scenic drive from the Central Business District of Melbourne. Sandringham offers you a wonderful lifestyle that caters for the elderly and the young; it is close to the beach, cafes, shops, restaurants and schools. All streets are situated close to public transport including train, tram and bus, therefore allowing easy access to all the attractions of the area that you enjoy. The local residents often congregate and join in the local activities whether it is the conservation and local planning of Sandringham or many of the other vast range of community events.

Incredible results

Angus and his team were incredible. Absolutely exceeded expectations. From signing a contract to listing the property online and selling for more than anticipated in the space of 2.5 weeks. Impeccable ongoing communication throughout the process and delivered more than favourable results. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service

Angus provided exemplary service from start to finish. As I was working remotely from the property location, this added additional complexity to the process, especially wirh regards to coordination with tenant, contractors etc... No matter how big or small the problem, Angus and his team were on hand to solvev it. His performance as an auctioneer was faultless.

Sale of 12-62/72 Bay Rd Sandringham

I went with Hodges Real Estate as they had previously sold a unit in this complex and with me residing in NSW,I had no idea of the local market.Amanda at all times was friendly and informant throughout the process which made it very reassuring for me in a difficult time.

Skill and excellent communication in selling a challenging property.

Amanda was taken on to sell our small one-bedroom/studio Sandringham apartment. The property and building had many characteristics making it challenging to sell including ongoing investigations into the cladding which may need replacing, a stacker garage space, and no lift with our apartment being on the top floor. Amanda demonstrated a confidence in navigating these issues and was able to sell the apartment in a reasonable time and at a fair price, given the circumstances. I was most impressed by her excellent communication skills as I was never left wondering the outcome of inspections, she provided statistical data on online/phone interest in the property, and I always felt that she had a sales plan moving forward. I would not hesitate to use Amanda again to sell a property in the future - she was fantastic. Thanks again Amanda!

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, a great customer experience!
