Claudia submitted all the insurance claims and took care of all the paperwork. She honestly went above and beyond so many times. Claudia is knowledgeable and supportive on both a professional and personal level. In all of our years of owning investment properties we have never found a more competent property manager and would never use anyone other than Claudia should we need assistance in the future.
