Hi Ben thanks for your persistent in getting the sale for us, much appreciated. Karen

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent and professional job you did in the recent sale of the above property. From the outset you showed huge enthusiasm and professionalism, while still infusing the entire transaction with warmth and a "personal" approach. You kept me informed of every detail at every step, and were always scrupulously honest and candid about developments and changes in the market. I wish all real estate agents demonstrated the honesty, charm and scrupulousness that you consistently have shown. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone contemplating the sale or purchase of property. Best regards

Ben is a down to earth person and very easy to communicate with. He is also very supportive over this stressful period when selling your house. He also isn't jaded by the real estate industry as his background is in farming. I would highly recommend him!

I listed Alex to sell a unit for me in Mermaid Beach. This was part of a deceased estate and was a very tough time for me. Alex handled the sale with honesty and integrity and make a terrible time just that much easier for me. I have since listed my investment property through his agency purely because of the way he assisted with the sale of the unit in Mermaid Beach. I am a big believer in leading by example and as Principal if Alex leads his team the way he looked after the sale of my unit then I am sure my investment property is in good hands.

Alex looked after all my beers 100% from day 1. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I can confirm our whole experience with the Alex McCormack and his LJ Hooker Southport team was pleasant and stress free. Alex and his team are professional and efficient and always prepared to go that extra mile to accommodate our needs. We look forward to working with Alex on our future real estate endeavours.
