I first met Saj at a home open, he was very friendly and inviting. When I put my property up for sale, I didn't know much about real estate proceedings, Saj talked me through what happens and was always available to answer any questions I had, he made the whole process easy for me. From the first meeting with Nathan, I found him to be professional and very easy to talk to. He offered good advice for selling my property in a falling market, to make the best of the house's attributes and attain a fair price. He followed up and kept me informed with the progress of potential purchasers. Also gave me weekly stats on internet traffic on our listing. i arrived at the home open late and Saj did not rush me at all and considering he had such a busy schedule he actually took his time to show me around the house and took the time to find out exactly what i was after and arranged for a second inspection to get a second opinion of a friend. he is a very patient agent and honest and i would not hesitate in recommending his services to my friends and family or anybody who is looking to sell. I'm a Buyer's Agent looking to buy for myself. Came to the home open and didn't realise there was an auction on the day. Long story short, I won the property and the dealing with Saj and John have never been easier. Saj has been very helpful. Every time I emailed or SMS, they will answer promptly which is the most important thing for me as the buyer.
