I first met Saj at a home open, he was very friendly and inviting. When I put my property up for sale, I didn't know much about real estate proceedings, Saj talked me through what happens and was always available to answer any questions I had, he made the whole process easy for me. I would definitely recommend Saj as your agent.

Con and I were really impressed and very happy with Nathan's commitment to finding a buyer for our property, at our asking price and within a reasonably short time. He constantly kept us informed about the interest our property raised and used his negotiation skills to secure us a sale, at the right price, in a buyer's market. His knowledge and expertise in his field is highly appreciated and, as a bonus - he is a really nice person.

From the first meeting with Nathan, I found him to be professional and very easy to talk to. He offered good advice for selling my property in a falling market, to make the best of the house's attributes and attain a fair price. He followed up and kept me informed with the progress of potential purchasers. Also gave me weekly stats on internet traffic on our listing. I would recommend Nathan highly, and closed the deal in a very tough real estate market.

Nathan's market appraisal was right on the mark and we sold for the price he estimated. His area and market knowledge is second to none. Add this to a good polite positive honest attitude and you have every chance of selling your property in what is a tough market. We were glad we chose Nathan to be our agent

i arrived at the home open late and Saj did not rush me at all and considering he had such a busy schedule he actually took his time to show me around the house and took the time to find out exactly what i was after and arranged for a second inspection to get a second opinion of a friend. he is a very patient agent and honest and i would not hesitate in recommending his services to my friends and family or anybody who is looking to sell. Thanks Saj.
