I'm a Buyer's Agent looking to buy for myself. Came to the home open and didn't realise there was an auction on the day. Long story short, I won the property and the dealing with Saj and John have never been easier. Saj has been very helpful. Every time I emailed or SMS, they will answer promptly which is the most important thing for me as the buyer. I would not hesitate dealing with Saj again, and if I would sell my property, he will be the person I'm looking for.

After speaking with a number of real estate sales people on site I chose Saj, as I sensed that he had the market knowledge and skills to obtain the best possible price in a depressed market. A listing 'price' was agreed and Saj kept me informed at all times of potential buyers. A sale was achieved within the time frame chosen, for an acceptable price. Thanks Saj Ahmadyar.

Nathan recently sold a property for me. I was very happy with his professional, efficient, and pleasant manner. He kept me well informed with reports by email and phone and was always easy to contact and answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the outcome of the resulting sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Nathan’s services to prospective clients.

My Agent Saj, had excellent knowledge of The area and gave me his honest opinion of what I could get for my property at this time. He went out of his way to help me achieve what I was looking for. It was my first time selling, and Saj helped me through it. I would recommend Saj to my Family and Friends, if selling or buying property. Thank you Saj.

Saj sold our property in less than 3 weeks. Saj has great market knowledge and excellent experience in selling properties. He went above and beyond our expectations and we are pleased with his service and professionalism. we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Saj was really good when we were looking at the sale - which you kind of expect. However, what surprised us was how helpful he has been since completion. We had an issue that we needed to check out with the previous owner, he went out of his way to assist us!

Displaying superlative customer service and excellent local knowledge, his energy, enthusiasm and diligence is only matched by his honesty and integrity. Saj is not only a credit to L J Hooker but to the real estate profession. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
