Kind, professional and on the mark!

Andrew was fabulous to work with, taking time to ensure I was updated throughout the sale process, really appreciated his market expertise in what was a tricky market. Andrew and Sally even got my property sold during a time the house had no electricity due to an ongoing issue that eventually got resolved. Props to them for being adaptable and upbeat, made a stressful time a lot easier. Amazing agents!

One stop five stars agent.

Five star agent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my parent's home in Theodore. From our very first meeting, Andrew took the time to understand our goals and walked us through a clear strategy for pricing, staging, and marketing. Their knowledge of the local market was obvious — the comps they pulled were spot-on, and we felt confident about our listing price from day one. Communication was outstanding throughout. We always knew what was happening, whether it was scheduling showings, negotiating offers, or handling the inspection process. Andrew fielded every question we had, even the small ones, with patience and professionalism. Thanks to their guidance, we ended up with an offer within the first week and closed above our asking price. The whole process was so much smoother than we expected, and a lot of that comes down to having an agent who genuinely had our best interests at heart. If you're selling your home, we can't recommend Andrew enough. Five stars, no hesitation.
